I drive an electric vehicle and installed a Level 2 EV charger at my parking space. Total average electric bill including charging my vehicle is $109/ per month. Aside from the amazing rooftop, there is a "skybox" which is just inside the rooftop area, and a community room on the 2nd level as well (see photos).
